Twitter's New Mute Button for Over Tweeters

Twitter announced new feature of mute button for users whom you don't want their tweet to see. It's an replacement of unfollow user you can mute that user profile so that you can no more see tweets of that user.

The first hints that such a change might be on the way came earlier in May when a report revealed that some users had begun seeing the feature popping up on their mobile Twitter apps.

"The muted user will still be able to fave, reply to, and retweet your Tweets; you just won’t see any of that activity in your timeline," said Twitter product manager Paul Rosania in a blog post on the company's website on Monday. "

A good thing about is that muted user will not know that you have muted them and you ca unmute anytime you want.

This feature is worth for them who are following begins bulk tweeting from an event you have no interest in viewing their tweets and you simply don't want to engage in conversation. Good for business people who use the twitter for their services and their business.
